Overview
Dry powder inorganic decorative mortar: Single component: a new type of decorative mortar that uses inorganic cementitious materials (single Portland cement system, ternary cementitious system, single high alumina cement system) as the base material, natural quartz sand of various particle sizes as the aggregate, inorganic pigments to provide color, and various shaping tools and techniques toprovide texture. Two component: a new decorative mortar with inorganic Portland cement and acrylic acid lotion as the base material, natural quartz sand of various particle sizes as the aggregate, inorganic pigments as the color, and various modeling tools and processes as the texture. The finishing mortar consists of components A and B, component A is powder, component B is acrylic lotion and various additives.
Dry powder inorganic decorative mortar Procute type
1. Dry powder inorganic decorative mortar - one-component
2. Dry powder inorganic decorative mortar - two-component
Advantages
Excellent fire resistance
Excellent construction performance, good workability, and long operation time
Small shrinkage, good flexibility, effectively resistant to cracking
Using different styling techniques to ensure different textures
Different coating options can be selected to achieve color diversity in the decorative mortar
Good breathability, hydrophobicity, and weather resistance
Excellent waterproof, anti mold, environmentally friendly and non-toxic properties
Excellent fire resistance
DIA pre mixed inorganic decorative mortar is an inorganic mineral material with good fire resistance. During the fire process, it emits no
irritating odor and does not produce thick smoke. After high-temperature combustion, the thickening materials and various additives
in the pre mixed inorganic decorative mortar achieve partial carbonization, but the fillers and silicates do not form carbonization. As the
silicate lotion plays a bonding role, the silicate adhesive will not burn after repeated combustion, so the bonding effect will not be
affected after combustion. On the contrary, traditional organic exterior wall coatings have a strong chemical toxic and irritating odor
after combustion, which is easy to burn. After combustion, the coating decomposes and produces thick smoke.
Excellent waterproof and breathable performance
As a decorative material for exterior walls, hydrophobicity is a primary indicator and a prerequisite for improving the weather resistance
of insulation systems.
Liquid water molecules are aggregates of multiple molecules, while gaseous water molecules are individual molecules. The unique pore
size of decorative mortar only allows individual molecules to enter and exit, and cannot allow molecular clusters to enter and exit, thus
forming a unique hydrophobic and breathable performance.
