Product Description
The Thin Ceramic Insulation Decoration Integrated Board is crafted with precision through factory automation and standardization processes. This carefully produced prefabricated composite board includes veneer, and it integrates a laminated ceramic and thermal insulation core material, combined with high-temperature, weather-resistant polyurethane rubber through multiple processes. This board can be paired with organic and rock wool composite boards to meet diverse needs. Offering various decorative effects and exceptional stability, weather resistance, and stain resistance, this long-lasting multi-functional insulation composite board provides insulation, decoration, and waterproofing all in one.

This product is mainly based on inorganic mineral cementitious materials and high molecular weight polymers, mixed with refined quartz sand and fillers. It is a low shrinkage, high-strength single component mortar. Good water retention and wetting properties, small shrinkage, high strength, strong adhesion, strong anti slip ability, good water resistance, and strong compatibility with integrated boards. It is a multifunctional bonding mortar suitable for bonding and fixing integrated boards, and used in conjunction with integrated board fasteners.

DIA integrated board special fixing parts are specialized accessories used to fix composite boards. They are made of high-quality steel through multiple processes and have different matching styles for different boards and usage purposes. There are various types such as straight, cross, L-shaped, U-shaped, H-shaped, etc. The length can be adjusted according to the thickness of the insulation layer. They are generally fastened in the grooves of the integrated board panel or fixed in the reinforced insulation layer.

It is composed of countless independent bubbles generated by physical foaming of low-density polyethylene grease. It has many advantages such as water and moisture resistance, shock resistance, sound insulation, thermal insulation, good plasticity, strong toughness, recycling, environmental protection, and strong impact resistance. It also has good resistance to chemical aging. According to the gap size, the
diameter of foam strips can be customized.

DIA integrated board specific silicone weather resistant adhesive is a low to medium modulus silicone elastomer sealant that can react with moisture in the air and cure into a permanent elastomer with cold resistance, heat resistance, and no corrosion. It has good weather resistance such as ozone and ultraviolet resistance, long service life, and good bonding performance. After curing, it shows good adhesion to most building materials such as glass, aluminum, steel, and stone. The product has excellent anti sagging performance and good compatibility with various substrates. It is a silicone weather resistant adhesive for integrated boards that can resist large displacement deformation.
