The Calcium Silicate Board Insulation Decoration Integrated Board is a marvel of automated factory production, characterized by stringent standardization and meticulous attention to detail. Each prefabricated composite board is adorned with a veneer, employing cutting-edge processing techniques that attend to every nuance. This innovative board features a synergistic blend of nano inorganic resin, a temperature insulation core material, and high-temperature weather-resistant polyurethane rubber, all expertly bonded through multiple processes. This allows for harmonious integration with both organic and rock wool board composites. Following an automated spraying process that creates various finishing layers, the board undergoes precision cutting, nano resin waterproof sealing, and other enhancements, resulting in a multifunctional insulation composite board that seamlessly combines insulation, decoration, and waterproofing.

This product is mainly based on inorganic mineral cementitious materials and high molecular weight polymers, mixed with refined quartz sand and fillers. It is a low shrinkage, high-strength single component mortar. Good water retention and wetting properties, small shrinkage, high strength, strong adhesion, strong anti slip ability, good water resistance, and strong compatibility with integrated boards. It is a multifunctional bonding mortar suitable for bonding and fixing integrated boards, and used in conjunction with integrated board fasteners.

They are made of high-quality steel through multiple processes and have different matching styles for different boards and usage purposes. They are generally fastened in the grooves of the integrated board panel or fixed in the reinforced insulation layer.

It has many advantages such as water and moisture resistance, shock resistance, sound insulation, thermal insulation, good plasticity, strong toughness, recycling, environmental protection, and strong impact resistance. It also has good resistance to chemical aging. According to the gap size, the

DIA integrated board specific silicone weather resistant adhesive is a low to medium modulus silicone elastomer sealant that can react with moisture in the air and cure into a permanent elastomer with cold resistance, heat resistance, and no corrosion. It has good weather resistance such as ozone and ultraviolet resistance, long service life, and good bonding performance. After curing, it shows good adhesion to most building materials such as glass, aluminum, steel, and stone. The product has excellent anti sagging performance and good compatibility with various substrates. It is a silicone weather resistant adhesive for integrated boards that can resist large displacement deformation.
