Product Description
The Calcium Silicate Board Insulation Decoration Integrated Board is produced through factory automation and strict standardization, ensuring precision in every detail. This prefabricated composite board with veneer incorporates a nano inorganic resin board and a temperature-resistant insulation core, reinforced with high-temperature weather-resistant polyurethane rubber. The board can be combined with organic and rock wool board composites. Automatic spraying techniques create a variety of finishing layers, followed by automated cutting, nano resin waterproof sealing, and other intricate processes. It is a multifunctional insulation composite board that integrates insulation, decoration, and waterproofing seamlessly.

This product is mainly based on inorganic mineral cementitious materials and high molecular weight polymers, mixed with refined quartz sand and fillers. It is a low shrinkage, high-strength single component mortar. Good water retention and wetting properties, small shrinkage, high strength, strong adhesion, strong anti slip ability, good water resistance, and strong compatibility with integrated boards. It is a multifunctional bonding mortar suitable for bonding and fixing integrated boards, and used in conjunction with integrated board fasteners.

It has good weather resistance such as ozone and ultraviolet resistance, long service life, and good bonding performance. After curing, it shows good adhesion to most building materials such as glass, aluminum, steel, and stone. The product has excellent anti sagging performance and good compatibility with various substrates. It is a silicone weather resistant adhesive for integrated boards that can resist large displacement deformation.
